If you have an inkjet printer you can buy your own iron-on paper at Best Buy or Staples, print your design, then iron them onto tshirts yourself.
Michael’s has nice solid color tees for around 5 bucks.
There’s a tshirt shop across the street from Sports Arena near Olive Garden that sells lots of different shirts for printing too.
